PARIS – U.S. President-elect Donald Trump’s incoming Ukraine envoy Keith Kellogg was in Paris on Saturday, attending an event at Paris-based Iranian opposition group National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), according to TV footage carried by the group.
